6. Modified vehicle acknowledgement and disclaimer
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that any vehicle modified, tuned, upgraded, converted, fabricated or otherwise altered from its original manufacturer’s specification may be subjected to increased mechanical, thermal, structural and operational stresses. The Customer further acknowledges that modifications intended to increase power output, torque, towing capacity, load carrying capacity, off-road capability, competition performance, expedition capability or overall vehicle performance may accelerate wear and reduce the service life of vehicle components. US Cruiserz makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the lifespan, durability, suitability, reliability or performance of any engine, transmission, transfer case, differential, driveline component, clutch, turbocharger, suspension component, steering component, braking system, chassis component, electronic system or associated vehicle system operating under modified conditions. The Customer accepts that component failures may occur due to the increased operating loads associated with modified vehicles and agrees that such failures shall not, in themselves, constitute evidence of defective workmanship or defective products supplied by US Cruiserz. The Customer further acknowledges that vehicle modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, insurance cover, roadworthiness certification, emissions compliance, licensing requirements and legal compliance and accepts sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and insurance requirements.
7. Performance, off-road and motorsport products
7.1 Certain products supplied by US Cruiserz are intended for off-road, expedition, competition, racing or high-performance applications.
7.2 Such products may not comply with road traffic regulations in all jurisdictions.

8.2 Parts warranty
All parts, components and products supplied by US Cruiserz are covered by any applicable manufacturer, supplier, importer or OEM warranty. US Cruiserz does not provide any additional warranty beyond that offered by the relevant manufacturer, supplier or importer. 8.3 Warranty exclusions
The workmanship warranty does not cover:

- Consumable items;
- Misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance;
- Accident or impact damage;

US Cruiserz shall not be responsible for failures caused by, contributed to by, or related to any third-party repairs, modifications, tuning, assembly, calibration, maintenance or components. No warranty claim shall be valid where repairs, modifications or remedial work have been carried out by a third party without the prior written approval of US Cruiserz. US Cruiserz reserves the right to inspect and assess any alleged defect before approving or declining a warranty claim. Failure to present the vehicle, product or component to a nominated US Cruiserz facility for inspection may result in the warranty claim being declined. Under no circumstances shall US Cruiserz be obligated to travel to the Customer’s location or perform warranty work at any location other than a facility nominated by US Cruiserz unless expressly agreed in writing.
