Who we are
US Cruiserz (Pty) Ltd, a division of the US TRUCKS group, 52 Dollar Drive, Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal (“we”). This policy explains how we process personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and message.
- Orders: your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, vehicle details if you give them, and your order history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Peach Payments; we never see or store your card number.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited and device information.
Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, check that parts fit your vehicle, provide after-sales support and meet legal obligations such as tax records. We do not sell your information, and we only send you marketing if you ask us to.
Sharing
With service providers who help us run the website, email, payments and deliveries (for example our payment provider and the courier delivering your order), under appropriate safeguards. If you request a Just Autos quote, you submit your details directly to Just Autos on its website, under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless they become part of a customer record. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently five years).
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing sales@uscruiserz.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
