Collect your order free from one of our branches, or have it couriered anywhere in South Africa.
Free collection
Choose Richards Bay, Pretoria or George at checkout. We email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and ID. If the product is held at another branch, we tell you when it will be ready for you. Branch addresses and hours are on our contact page.
Courier delivery, quoted after you order
- Choose courier delivery at checkout. Nothing is charged at that stage.
- We get a courier quote for your order and email you the delivery cost, the expected delivery time and a secure payment link, usually within one working day.
- Pay by card or EFT once you are happy with the quote. If you are not, we cancel the order at no cost.
- Long or heavy items, such as exhausts, side steps, toolboxes and fridge consoles, go by road freight. Parts that contain oil are shipped drained.
When it arrives
Check the parcel before you sign for it, and tell us as soon as possible if anything is damaged. See our Returns and refunds policy.
Outside South Africa
The online shop delivers in South Africa only. For international orders, email our international sales team at jason@uscruiserz.co.za.
Fitting
Prices exclude fitting. We can fit most products at our branches: ask us for a quote.
