We didn’t set out to become South Africa’s go-to Land Cruiser 70 Series specialists — it happened because we genuinely love these machines.
US Cruiserz was founded as part of the US Trucks group, a business that has been engineering and re-manufacturing vehicles to OEM specification since 2005. Based at 52 Dollar Drive in Richards Bay, KZN, we’ve spent two decades developing the kind of deep technical knowledge that only comes from doing this work every single day — not as a sideline, but as a calling.
Our focus is the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series. It’s Africa’s most trusted working vehicle, and we believe it deserves upgrades that match its legendary standard. Our signature service — converting the LC70 from manual to a Toyota OEM 6-speed automatic transmission — is a testament to that philosophy. Every component is genuine Toyota, every conversion is engineered to factory standard, and every vehicle leaves our workshop ready to be serviced at any Toyota dealership across southern Africa.
But the transmission is just the beginning. From suspension and braking upgrades to exterior protection, interior refinements, and custom-fitted centre consoles, we build vehicles for people who demand the best from their Cruiser — whether that’s a daily run through Richards Bay or a 10-day overland expedition through the Kalahari.
